Should take notice of how the Rocky Mountain MX series is run. These folks know how to run a race. Everything starts ON TIME! They run 15 min motos and they were done by 4:30pm. Talk about bang for your buck. With long practice times and multiple classes I put over 2hrs of hard moto on my bike today. This is the series to run for sure!
JB

PS.. Bunkerhill is the best I have ever seen it "By Far"! I have raced that track since 1983 and it is a whole new level of awesome!
When in doubt "Throttle it!"

well said jeff i agree that was an awesome format, lots of fun! The 15 minute moto's are the way all motocross races should be! Thanks RMX!

Amen. I rode the practice Friday. It was amazing to say the least. They brought in tons of sand and the track was better than ever. Thanks rmx!

This was the toughest yet the best track Tayler has ever ridden. Huge breaking bumps the sand was easily 8 to 10" deep (awesome). This is what a track should be. We got over $70.00 in rocky mountain gift certifactes for her wins. It paid for most of her entry fees. 6 hours of total riding for the weekend. Finally a series gets it. High level of competition long motos to seperate the riders and your choice of a trophy or $$$$$$$$ for the win. What more could you ask for. Thanks

Thank you for your compliments regarding last weekend's race. We had a good time and appreciate those that came out and supported RMX and Bunkerhill.

Race results are posted www.tracksideresults.com/rmx and the event video is just about finished.

Wish I could have been there. Just wondering how the whole transponder situation was. I know the initial cost of the system is VERY expensive ($3500.00) and the transponders themselves are about $150.00.

Will I need to buy one or can I rent one at the events?

RMX Series is not using the transponder system for 2010. It is something we are looking into for 2011. So you do not need to purchase or rent a transponder to participate in our series this year.

Sounds great! Im planning on being to the next round in Ogden on 4/17. Mona sounded fun too but Vegas supercross won the coin toss, and we already have our tickets.
