MotoUtah: Motocross and Off-Road Riding in Utah

Talk about last minute decissions. I'm still trying to decide if I am going to race at the Knolls K.O. I have no numbers on my bike yet and I obviously haven't signed up. So my question... Is their going to be a limit, like the Rhino Rally, on how many riders can run? If so, how close to being filled is the race?

No limit, close race to most of us, and it looks like similar weather to Rhino...30% potential of rain, but great temps. And the moisture should make for great conditions with little dust.

Get registered there, use temp stickers/plates, and just go. Last year's conditions made it a great race last year.

Spring races seem to be the best due to lower dust so don't miss them. Knolls can be a lot of fun, especially if you have a fast bike and can handle whoops. Turn up the clickers, maybe add a tooth to the front sprocket, and slow down when you come off the flats (biggest whoops when you come off the flats). Oh yeah, having a steering damper is a big help. The weather looks like it could turn out great.

I'll be there. Don't think I will have everything done to my bike that you suggest (damper, bigger front procket), but at least I will be riding.
